Hi! I'm Candace Ann Wu
My story is one that is unique yet at the same time probably sounds just like you.
Professionally, I am a certified health education specialist with many years of teaching experience as well as experience in the pediatric community health world. I hold a Master of Arts and Bachelor of Science in Health Education plus many, many credits in Psychology and Counseling.
Personally, I am a mom of two warriors, a wife, an anxiety sufferer, and a recovering perfectionist (still working on it). I give everything I have to my people and sometimes burn my candle through both ends. Sound familiar? I bet it does!
Why does this matter? Because I've been there. Honestly, sometimes, I am still there! I know how hard things can be and the struggle of feeling out of control. Life gets crazy, kids go bonkers, and us moms and women are left picking up the pieces and feeling soul tired.
This course is to help you and your kids take some control back. Learn new skills and ways to take care of you. My family and I continue to work on these every single day. The first step is a small one but each step results in great strides. Let's navigate the waves of life together.
